Steven: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. It’s Friday, July 20th, welcome back to BUT&T Channel and I am your cutest host again, Steven. Thank you so much for choosing our podcast to listen. In today's episode, we will discuss about local brands since there are so many young teenagers using them. There are various local brands in Vietnam but there is a famous one everyone would have heard once in their life, Biti's or Biti’s Hunter.
Steven: First of all, It is our pleasure to welcome Ms. Taylor, the founder of Biti's, and Ms. Quin is an influencer of Biti’s Hunter in recent years.
Taylor: Hi guys, I am Taylor. I am so honored to be here to share about my brand.
Quinn: Hello everyone, it’s nice to be here today. Thank you so much for having me.
Steven: I’m so excited, so Taylor, in recent years, Vietnamese teenagers tend to use local brands. How do your brand catch up with the trends to make the customers believe and continue using your products?
Taylor: We organize a team to receive feedback from customers, and we notice that youngsters are keen on sneakers due to their comfort and convenience. That's why we launched Biti’s Hunter, with many different colors which provides various choices. As our slogan “Tender care for Vietnamese feet”, quality is our number one priority but still making sure that the products can express Vietnamese culture.
Steven: Great, I know that Biti’s Hunter has a lot of interesting campaigns. As a KOL, how do you support and promote to help develop the brand?
Quinn: Well, you know, as an influencer, I’m not only having considerable influence over my followers in their purchasing decisions but also being able to draw their attention and create awareness of the brand. Because I have to convey information and pursue my followers to buy Biti’s products, I have to ensure that the brand message is resonant and credible. On top of that, as a local Vietnamese, I’m proud to promote our local brands and raise the followers' awareness of Viet goods.
Steven: Awesome, I have one more question for both of you before we turn to the last section. What are some obstacles that an owner and an influencer had to face?
Taylor: In our 1st campaign which was ‘Di De Tro Ve’ we did not have enough budget to carry out. So we decided to collaborate with the micro-influencers and influential citizens, whose only 1000-3000 followers but have deep connection and close relationship with their fans, to wear, experience and review our products.
Steven: How about you Quinn?
Quinn: For influencers like me, since Biti’s was known as a ‘sandal’ brand so when ‘Biti’s Hunter’ was first released, there were some difficulties in changing people’s perceptions and approaching the young generation.
Taylor: (sighing) Luckily, we have somehow worked it out and are able to manage our company’s projects. I really hope that our brand can achieve more significant accomplishments in the future.
Steven: Thank you so much for those sharing. Let's move on to our final part in today's episode. In this section, we’ll connect to a Biti’s loyal customer…, she’s going to share her experiences while using Biti’s Hunter….. Connect to our guest please.

Bella: Yes, I'm here.
Steven: Thank you so much for being a part of our episode today. Can you please introduce a bit about yourself ?
Bella: My name is Bella. I’m currently 22 years old.
Steven: So what are some predestines that make you become a loyal customer of Biti's?
Bella: To be honest. I love using local brands so I chose Biti’s Hunter because the style is suitable for youngsters like me. The quality is good with various choices, and the price is also affordable.
Steven: What impresses you the most while using Biti’s Hunter products?
Bella: What caught my attention the most is the unique design of the line. Especially the products of “Canvas of Pride - Proudly made in Vietnam” campaign, which are the combination of western outline style and Vietnamese features.
Steven: Thank you Bella for those remarkable thoughts. I can’t forget to mention all of the guests, thank you so much for being here today and share a lot of great stories.
